Messi was born on the 24th June 1987. His full name is Lionel Andrés Messi. At the age of 11, he was diagnosed with a growth hormone deficiency. Carles Rexach, the sporting director of Barcelona arrange a trial for Messi and Barcelona signed him after watching him play. His family moved to Europe and he started in the club's youth teams. Messi made his official debut for the first team in a friendly match against Porto on 16 November 2003 at 16 years old. When he scored his first senior goal for the club against Albacete on 1 May 2005, Messi was only 17 years old. He continue to play for Barcelona nowadays.Lionel Messi Clubs:
